IMPORT and EXPORT

Import Department  – in charge of making Import Declarations, Import Licenses and following up the clearance of goods until delivery to the final client.

Export Department  – in charge of writing up Export Registration Forms, Origin Certificates, Form A and keeping track of clearance processes.

INFORMATION SYSTEM

Websys - constantly seeking the best IT solutions to keep us ahead of our competitors in the foreign trade market, Roberto Forne  has developed a unique tracking system named ProForne.

ProForne - 24-hour internet system, which provides clients with 100% access to track their cargo, even when outside of our door-to-door chain and keep them informed on the status of their processes.

Having been created to serve as a measurement tool, it helps us to prepare monthly reports and, most importantly, assess each stage of the logistics process, whether international or domestic transport, customs procedures or the action of relevant bodies.

To ensure safety, the system has passwords and restricted access, allowing for the identification of users and avoiding possible alterations that may distort data and procedures.

DRAWBACK MANAGEMENT

DWe have a computer system that enables us to manage the whole drawback process through the integration between Siscomex, the Banco do Brasil website and Decex, searching for the necessary information in the most reliable base, Siscomex itself.

1 – Drawback Registrations
1.1 - Suspension – Electronic confirmation on Siscomex 
1.2 - Exemption – Analysis based on Technical Report

Drawing up reports to be presented to Banco do Brasil, which includes Import Declarations and Export Registration dating back two years prior to the protocol from Decex and monitoring of the process until authorization is granted.

2 – Follow-up of Entries and Exits - Monitoring via own import system, Import Licenses/Import Declarations and export, Export Registration and update of graphs and summaries in line with client needs.

3 – Analytical Clearance Control - The balance and breakdown by either permit or product can be obtained at any time.

4 – Permit analysis and registration - The beneficiary will be informed of any returnable balance, through calculations and amounts to be received by the bodies involved in the Drawback.

5 – Finalization - The beneficiary will receive copies of Import Declarations and Export Registrations, import and export controls and reports and copies of taxes paid, if any, which the client should keep for five years, as required by the Brazilian Internal Revenue Authority.

CONSULTANCY

IImportation of used equipment  | Comprehensive support from the issue of the technical report by companies hired by Lear, such as SGS or Bureau Veritas, to the setting up of partnerships with engineers, including advice on the best tax strategy.

Tariff Optimization  | As with used equipment, we offer full advice from the project stage to publication in the Official Journal, including Abimaq, SDP in Brasília and Decex.
